The Board of Directors encourages every neighborhood household to sign up to receive Board meeting minutes, Social activity information and neighborhood news.
To sign up, please send your e-mail address to info @ hpehoa.com. Please specify if you live in the High Point Estates or Valhalla Valley neighborhood along with your name house number and street. Your e-mail address will remain confidential.
Please feel free to send any newsworthy items you would like shared with the neighborhood.
The High Point Estates Home Owners' Association developed the BLOCK CAPTAIN system to deliver neighborhood information to HPE residents.
The duties of each VOLUNTEER Block Captain for their area include:
1 - Welcome new residents by delivering a Neighborhood Directory
2 - Deliver a new Neighborhood Directory annually
3 - Distribute flyers concerning neighborhood information or activities as requested
A Block Captain DOES NOT initiate or deliver neighborhood complaints, assessment notices or the like. Official notices are issued from the Board and likewise such information in return should be directed to the respective HPE Board or Valhalla Board as applicable.
HPE committees, as well as the Board, may send "all-neighborhood" function invitations/flyers to residents via the Block Captains. Invitations and flyers should be given to the Block Captain with a note indicating:
1 - Whom the flyers are from
2 - By what date delivery is requested (allowing a minimum of one week)
