Conveniently nestled between Gammon Road, High Point Road, and Elver Park, the neighborhood is comprised of 275 single-family homes spread across 145 acres. It is a pedestrian-friendly community that is diverse and vibrant.
The neighborhood is a short distance from all the amenities that Madison has to offer, but still maintains the quiet neighborhood setting that makes it such a desirable location. High Point Estates is in the award winning Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District.
We have many active social activities including: Flamingo Parties, Halloween Party, and an annual Garage Sale. We also have several recurring activities including: multiple Bunco groups, Couples Bowling, Progressive Dinner Club and a Ladies Luncheon group. |

We are in need of a Block Captain for the area of Cornucopia Ct. & Morraine View Dr. This area includes 13 homes. | | On Oct. 4th at 7:00 pm, we’ll be projecting the WISCONSIN vs OHIO STATE game from the Flottmeyer’s backyard onto the Lindner’s house. Bring your lawn chair, your own beverage, and a snack to share. We’ll be providing popcorn, coffee and water. | Neighborhood Watch Program | | Assessment Updates | Bob Winding has been kind enough to spearhead contact with the person who runs the Neighborhood Watch Programs for Madison.
For more information, please contact Bob at winding5 @ sbcglobal.net. | | We are happy to report that approximately 98% of High Point Estates Homeowners (not including Valhalla Valley HOA) paid their dues on time this year. Unfortunately, there were a few that remain delinquent even after repeated notices. Those lots will NOT be receiving a directory. In addition, liens are in the process of being placed on those lots for annual assessment collection.
