High Point Estates is committed to keeping its residents and neighbors safe and free of crime. In that effort, HPE HOA has established a neighborhood watch program that provides a security system through which neighbors on the same block can work together to help deter crime by observing and reporting suspicious activities to the Madison Police Department.
